Bombay Selections ONLINE returns, exchange & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We permit early cancellations for orders. You have the option to cancel your order within the first 8 hours of placing it. It is advisable to contact us promptly to prevent any further processing of your order. Kindly send an email to info@bspl.in with the subject line 'Order Cancellation.' Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Please note that we are unable to initiate a refund after the initial 8-hour window. However, we can provide an online store credit in such cases. The online store credit will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN A DAMAGED CONDITION.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, providing pictures of both the damaged item and the delivery package. Kindly send an email to info@bspl.in, and we will make every effort to either replace the damaged item or provide you with an online store credit.

When returning the item, ensure it is in its original delivered condition, accompanied by Bombay Selections' original invoice, and with all original tags intact.

 

THE DRESS COLOR DOESN'T MATCH THE IMAGE?

Although we strive to ensure that the colors in our website pictures accurately represent the actual products, variations may occur due to differences in the displays used by customers. We have put forth our best efforts to provide an accurate depiction, but discrepancies may arise in certain instances.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE?

STITCHED ITEMS:

ReadyMades Lehangas, Shararas, Gowns:

We facilitate exchanges for Medium (M) and Large (L) sizes in readymade items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 4 days of delivery by emailing info@bspl.in with the subject line 'Order Exchange.' Note that we cannot entertain exchange requests received after 24 hours from the time of delivery. Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange process. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue an online store credit equivalent to the exchange value. This credit can be utilized for a new online purchase within the validity period of 365 days from the date of issue. Please note that no refunds will be provided.

To ensure a smooth exchange process and better service, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

 

  • Respond within 3 days upon receiving our reply.
  • Cover the postage costs for the exchange.
  • Return the parcel using registered or traceable postal services, as the responsibility for returned parcels rests with the purchaser until received by Bombay Selections.
  • Include the original Bombay Selections tax invoice with the return.
  • No exchanges for sale products or promotional campaign items.
  • No exchanges for customized items.
  • The outfit must be in its original saleable condition.
  • No alterations should have been made to the outfit.
  • Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • The item must have the identification tag attached.
  • The product should not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • All sewn labels must remain attached.

 

UNSTITCHED ITEMS:

Fabric Sets (Unstitched Suits):

Exchange for fabric sets is allowed within 4 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@bspl.in with the subject line 'Order Exchange.' Note that online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange process. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue an online store credit equivalent to the exchange value. This credit can be utilized for a new online purchase within the validity period of 365 days from the date of issue. Please note that no refunds will be provided.

Sarees (Unstitched Blouse):

Exchange for sarees with unstitched blouse is permitted within 4 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@bspl.in with the subject line 'Order Exchange.' Please note that online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will proceed with the exchange process. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue an online store credit equivalent to the exchange value. This credit can be utilized for a new online purchase within the validity period of 365 days from the date of issue. Refunds will not be issued.

  • Sarees with a ready-made blouse are not included in this exchange policy.
  • The saree should not have been altered in any way.
  • The item must be in its original saleable condition.
  • The identification tag must still be attached to the products.
  • The product should not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • All sewn labels must remain attached.
  • Sarees once finished with fall and hemming will not be eligible for exchange.
